Central plugin repo removed.¶

The central plugin repo will be removed in early January 2019.

The reasons are:

1. The code for managing the repo is unmaintained and no longer work with newer version of Redmine (which is hosting this site)
2. Some of the plugins links to questionable and/or copyrighted content which the Movian.tv site can't endorse.
3. There has recently been some drama about plugin ownership which has caused the site owner a bit of a headache.
