Description

If I delay the subtitle to show it early it disappear early. For example:

The subtitle line "Foo bar :-p" is showed during 3 seconds in the second 10 of video then if I delayed it -1 seconds the line is showed 2 seconds in the second 10 of the video. If the delay is positive it works fine (is showed 3 seconds in the second 11).

Test in mkv/h264. The mkvinfo show:
video (track 1): V_MPEG4/ISO/AVC
audio (track 2):A_AAC
subs (track 3): S_TEXT/UTF8

Enqueue subtitle packets in a separate queue

This allows us to pick subtitles that are out of sync with video stream

Also makes it possible to do negative subtitle time shifting for embedded subs
