Description
I tried to play a Video in 1080p and the sound and video delay's
It use Cell Decoder...

Tested with 2.99-529-gc9eb615 on ps3 and it plays fine for me.

Just checked the mediainfo and it is to do with the ReFrame number.
The null.mp4 has:
Format settings, ReFrames : 1 frame
To get it to play correctly you have re encode it and up the ReFrame to 3 (I set mine to 3). I had the same problem with youtube videos too. But I looked into how Showtime plays mp4 files it was always the ReFrame number that affected playback. ReFrame value of 1 played the audio fine but the video looked like it was on fastforward.
It can get a bit time consuming to keep re-encoding files but that is the quick fix at the moment.
