H265 playback not working on Android

Description

New phone, with MALI T830 (should support H.265 http://www.eteknix.com/arm-unwraps-mali-t800-series-h-265-support-one-core/)

If you turn off Hardware decode the video plays fine.

Video stops after one second, image stays black.

The sample video I play comes from

https://x265.com/hevc-video-files/

In this case it is the Tractor 500kbps sample

The buffer fills and then boom it crashes...

Interesting, not even on S905X where Andreas has positive results.
