See movie in attachment for example.

If you press delete on the OSD the Original field in the background gets erased but on the OSD it still stays the same.

Did this in emulator AMiDUOs

Press BS on the OSD keyboard seems to work, but hardware backspace (on your computer keyboard) seems to give the bug.

I'm just curious. Why do you bring up the OSD when you have a hardware keyboard?

How do you even do that?

Just test it in the emulator. It brings up the Movian OSD when you click on a search field.

Strange thing is the hardware keyboard can only be used if you press up/down to navigate to the text entry field (not on the OSD) and then type something.

The hardware keyboard does not work when the OSD is working. And yes, I have to use an emulator since there is no Android X86 support yet.
