Rework how Movian chooses strategy when opening files
Generally, it works as follows:
If it knows it will be an audio file it will probe with very small max buffer
If it doesn't not really know the file type yet or if it knows is a video file
it will check if the file is seekable, if so it will use a full probe, otherwise
a somewhat smaller buffer.
Recently this was changed so we always did a small probe for video files which
just broke a lot of things

I need a logfile, see logging and preferably a sample to test with, see Guideline_for_creating_issues for how to slice files into usable samples

I tested this file too, as I'm curious where this leads to. I have had the "cpu too slow errors" as well in the past on other files.
Your error is confirmed, I see the message as well, video is very stuttery.
Maybe it's because of the 5.1 to stereo conversion?

I played the same file in 4.9.430 and it works fine there, see log.
Strange thing is that 4.9 seems a little bit faster to me than 5.0+ but I don't know why...
