I've done some changes to how filesystems are created and checked.
Now it does a proper unmount of the persistent filesystem (the filesystem that holds all parameter and the upgraded version of Movian).
You need to upgrade to latest stos (2.4.5) which will come will latest Movian 5.0.8 (currently in testing and bleeding-edge)

I had the same problem with a Raspberry Pi2 powered only via USB connection to a Sony Bravia TV. For some reason the TV powers on and off the USB port every 10-15 minutes which randomly corrupts the persistent partition.
On the other hand I have another Pi2 powered via USB from a Panasonic plasma TV and the corruption never happened for the last 10 months.
The best thing to do is to use external power adapter with the Pi2 and let it run all the time if your TV randomly powers on/off the USB port.
