I still see some weird flickering on my TV (native full HD, no scaling) when scrolling down. Is that expected?

Yeah hm. I can see something like that as well. Not sure what to do about it. It looks OK on a computer monitor. TV's are generally worse on this.

Also if you happen to have some kind of Motion interpolation (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motion_interpolation) enabled on your TV, try with it off.

I deactivated it already. But I still treat as a regression though. It wasn't that obvious in builds prior 4.99.516.

I'm afraid revision 9ee0e5c1 hasn't changed much :(
