Description

To reproduce, go to M3U->Music and play first item. Then press and hold PgDown button for some time. Release and in the log you see something like:

It keeps flooding until you backspace and replay the stream...

media/event: Don't fire events via callback during callback setup

It's not how it's supposed to be done anymore

Fixes #2711
