Description
Plays smooth in VLC.
The most noticable stuttering is seen on RPi.

The timestamps in this file looks really weird..
PTS goes backwards now and then. Not sure how to fix it in a good way. (And not very motivated to fix it either)

And they say that VLC uses MPEG-TS PCR for sync?
