Description

To reproduce:
1. Remove all plugins and settings related files in .hts directory (ie make st clean)
2. Run ST in javascript mode and install rad.io plugin from repo
3. Run the plugin, exit, go to settings, check country list.
4. Set ecmascript in settings:dev, restart ST and go into settings.

The country list is empty...
