Auto-detection fails and subtitle is decoded as ISO-8859-7 (detected language: el).
Showtime configured to automatically detect charsets (default charset = auto)

Any ideas on how to make the subtitle auto detection engine more robust? This is not the first bug report mentioning bad parsing

No possibility of having it in 5.0? Most of the Mandarin subs I use fail autodetection. As Rural Hunter suggested, implementing GBK would solve most of the issues.
