Description

Also it incorrectly sets the page header.

Can be reproduced on OE-Z-2013.rar in Music folder inside the lib.

If there are no UTF8 flags set - read filenames as cp866. I included more examples into lib: /Music/

rar and zip packed in cyrillic windows world - have filenames in cp866. so fa_rar and fa_zip - should check for utf8 flags in the header and if not found - handle names inside archives as cp866 coded...

XBMC does that...
