I got two LG TV. Both are working on linux. To both TV I have connected two RPi. Both TV and RPi are simultaneously powered on wnd so TV and RPi start booting simultaneously. Before STOS 1.0.4 all was working properly but after update one of TV doesn't see RPi over HDMI. If I power RPi on that TV after TV is on its ok.

Maybe I just need to add hdmi_force_hotplug=1 to config.txt. I will try that later and report: http://elinux.org/RPiconfig

hdmi_force_hotplug=1 did the job. second rpi is ok now. Maybe it's worth to add it as the default into config.txt and option to ST to turn it off if needed.

I have similar issues
after latest update STOS
when TV is powered on , and rip is rebooting CEC don't work
hdmi_force_hotplug=1 enabled in config.txt

but if i turn TV off and with running rpi turn it on , CEC work perfectly

before latest update it work on any condition

Try to write STOS 1.0.4 from IMG to SD card and just after that add hdmi_force_hotplug=1 into config.txt

And try again. This way it solved my issues...
