Description

I found a file that can't be rendered by Showtime while the audio plays just fine. See the attached example file.

h264: We can actually convert h264 AVCC to annexb even when NAL unit len = 3.

... so skip the check

Fixes #1812

Change included in version 4.3.696

Plays well on Linux and RPI. On PS3 it says in Playing status window:
h264 (Level 4.1) 64x64p (Cell) while video is 848x480:

Yeah that's what I noticed too. Any idea why the video resolution is detected incorrectly?
