[PS3] Video slows down/audio plays at regular speed

Description
With some video files (for example this one http://eztv.it/ep/29199/death-valley-s01e01-hdtv-xvid-asap/, with subtitles added with mkvmerge), played from a FAT32 external HDD, video slows down in certain scenes while audio and subtitles keep playing at normal speed. After a couple of minutes, video speeds up and it usually gets in sync with audio.

I can't reproduce this with the latest version (4.1.257)
Can you please try again with that version?

Neither do I. It seems like some of the previous updates solved the issue.
