OSD enabled via mouse and stuck

i notice that when i use mouse even for one time to show/hide osd on mac - app movian i get the progress bar, time and the name of video - file -series , the back arrow < and mouse arrow showed and stuck and i cant unstuck them....
the only solution i found is not to use mouse and use only the remote control or the keyboard...
please check it.....

when i call- run the app with the mouse then the progress bar, time and the name of video - file -series, the back arrow < and mouse arrow showed stuck and i cant unstuck them...
when i call run the app from the apple remote works fine and even if i move the mouse then stucks ????
