Fixed the problem with the CheezBurger network sites, added a option to select HD version of Funny or die Videos.

nice plugin but most videos don't work for me. i try to play a video from failblog but i get errormessage:
unable to open resource
youtube:video:simple::xyxyxy
No handler for URL

i'm using showtime 3.5.40 and have time waster and youtube plugin(version1.3) installed.

Give the new version of the plugin a try, it should solve the problem.
