Is it possible to launch playback of a saved .torrent file from a local HDD, and by what link format? If not, why and what's the difference btw starting a .torrent playback from a website compare to HDD? I'm not talking about fully downloaded 8GB movie torrents, but just 4kb .torrent files serving as pointers.
