im far away from being a pro,

but it happens with every 1080p60fps video (from youtube downloaded via jdownloader),

so in my opinion, it's a general movian problem,or isn't it?

Without a sample link it can take forever to guess what's wrong...

I download YouTube videos via YouTube 60fps video downloader and ever come across any issue: http://www.videoconverterfactory.com/tips/60fps-video-download.html
As I downloaded videos with online tool but the audio sync problem always exists, I think your problems may be caused by the downloader.
