I think this feature is just broken. Auto play of both music and video doesnt work.

It works just fine for me. I think there is something related to your setup that makes this not work.

What source are you playing from?

I checked this once again, and nope it doesn't work.

My source is a dlna server twonky and iirc it used to work atleast for music.

I watch files stored on my PC via TVersity. Did a bit of experimenting and found that local files stored on PS3 HDD will play sequentially as supposed to, but anything from the media server does not (i.e videos just end and don't autoplay the next one).

I confirm that "Automatically play next video in list" doesn't work for UPnP videos. Tested with MediaTomb and XBMC as UPnP servers.

The feature is quite important for Music Videos, for example. I can setup smart playlist (like all videos with "Metal" in genre, released in 2013) in XBMC but I have to start every video in playlist manually in Showtime. While default PS3 UPnP client can play them automatically one after another.

So no surprise it doesn't work as expected.

Oh, that's a bug..

But it should be easy to fix. But please please create a issue for it above or I will most likely forget it :-(
