The spanish subs now work perfect with the last revisions...but now when move forward the movie the PS3 crashes :S

i ve tried subtitles in srt format which had both greek and english fonts, the english fonts play normal the greek with squares, the same with greek only subs(always in srt)

I think the problem is character encoding.

How do other players deal with this?

Can you try to save the file as UTF-8 in a text editor?

i tried alot of greek subs but no luck!!!!

i did save the srt in utf-8 and in showtime it didnt show anything...

if the greek subs are internal of an a mkv file, they show up like normal on showtime.

and in an avi if greek subtitles are added with aviaddxsubs, they showup in the original ps3 player...

i also changed the format but subs didnt show!!!!
any ideas????
