Of course, they would still be able to show up in searches, or maybe below the open threads list... This would help a lot in maintaining the forum.

Redmine does not have support for that AFAIK. You can only delete a thread which is not very optimal

That's probably true. Honestly, I wasn't aware there is an Issue tab here. And I think most of the people just go to the Forum and post their findings and problems, and look for solutions. I will use the Issue tab more in the future

But too bad that Redmine doesn't support such an important feature.
